At Fierce Leotards, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer the following return policy:
1. **Return Eligibility**
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all tags/hygiene strip attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. **Non-Returnable Items**
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Custom or personalised items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. **Return Process**
1. **Initiate a Return:** Contact our customer service team at fierceleotards@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. **Return Authorisation:** Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
3. **Pack and Ship:** Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include your order number annd RA inside the package. Ship your return to the address provided in the return instructions.
4. **Return Shipping Costs**
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
5. **Refunds**
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. **Exchanges**
- If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. **Damaged or Defective Items**
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via email. Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
